Are you passionate about advertising and sales? We are looking for an Account Executive to join a dynamic team and help businesses grow through digital advertising solutions.
Your Responsibilities
* Become an expert in ad products, identifying the right solutions for each client.
* Conduct outbound sales (lead generation, cold calls, discovery, pitches, negotiation, media planning).
* Educate prospects on how digital advertising fits into their marketing strategy.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead identification to closing deals.
* Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets.
* Use sales technology to track sales activity and optimize performance.
* Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition for clients.
* Act as a brand ambassador, contributing to a supportive and collaborative sales environment.
Your Profile
* 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or digital marketing;
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to consultatively sell and close deals.
* Experience in marketing/digital agencies is a plus.
* Ability to prepare and deliver compelling client presentations using data and research.
* Fluent English (C1+).
Training & Onboarding
* 10 working days of training (80 hours total, 8 hours per day).
* Comprehensive training on products, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
* Hands-on experience with real-world scenarios to prepare for the role.
Working Conditions
* 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday: 08h - 17h
* Base salary + holiday and Christmas bonuses.
* Meal allowance (€7 per working day).
* Private health and dental insurance after contract signature.
* Portuguese employment contract with 22 vacation days per year.
* Work location: Porto, Portugal.
