The Lead Engineer also manages the day-to-day service delivery of a regional teams of Field Service Engineers in Portugal.You will need to be based in Portugal and speak fluent Portuguese.Role OverviewIn Addition to the routine roles and responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer, the Lead FSE will need to assure the following additional tasks.
- Lead the teams Service Engineers in day-to-day service activities.
- Work together with the Service Delivery Manager in building a Excellence Service.
- Share with the Service Delivery Manager the 24/7 Service Support Supervision.
- Help the Service Delivery Manager to build all the procedures applicable to the country.
- Serve as backup's Service Delivery Manager backup in her absence.
- Prepare the Rostas and assure the shifts are permanently covered.
- Prepare the maintenance plans and supervise their execution.
- Ensure compliance with PM and MC in accordance with the technical requirements.
- Ensure that all logistics requirements are met, and stocks are UpToDate.
- Ensure that the RMAs are prepared diligently.
- Ensure that the airport rules are followed and a efficient communication is maintained.
- Ensure that the EHS are daily meet.
- Monitor systems performance daily and trigger predictive actions based on data.
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Monitor the completion of the incident reports in the client's ERP.
- Help the Service Delivery Manager to ensure that the KPIs are meet.
- Ensure the FSEs are permanently updated from a technical point of view.
- Participate in the annual performance reviews for each team member.
