We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of Habyt during a period of rapid growth. From day one, you'll take on significant responsibility, supporting financial and business controlling processes across the Habyt Group. Your Responsibilities
* Financial Operations & Reporting:
* Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
* Oversee financial transactions and provide quality control to maintain integrity in financial reporting.
* Liaise with external accounting and auditing partners to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Budgeting & Performance Analysis:
* Monitor monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and preparing insightful reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine financial policies, ensuring efficient and scalable processes.
* Financial Management & Strategy:
* Take ownership of financial and accounting operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures that promote operational excellence.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in financial controlling or a related field, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment.
* Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required; familiarity with Lucanet is a strong advantage.
* Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of stakeholders, from employees to management as well as external partners.
* Strong ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
* Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
* A quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
