Job description - what you will get to do:
1. Assist in the ongoing localization of our digital marketing strategies and tactics;
2. Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance;
3. Publish email marketing campaigns and keep the email database up-to-date;
4. Develop content marketing strategies to increase organic SEO traffic;
5. Plan and schedule social media content by working with a Copywriter and Graphic Designer;
6. Assist Full Stack Marketer on Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to acquire and retain users;
7. App Store Optimization (ASO) tactics for our app listing page on Google Play and App Store;
8. Develop landing pages for campaigns and verticals: app, buddies, participants, etc;
9. Stay on top of marketing trends, tools, and technologies and identify new opportunities.
10. Drive user acquisition and engagement while increasing brand affinity.
Main requirements - you should:
11. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing;
12. At least a basic working knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, etc);
13. Certificates (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) are a plus;
14. Ability to work autonomously, develop creative strategies, and set best practices;
15. Willingness to learn and develop yourself with the support of the team and not afraid to experience new things;
16. Have an analytical mind, using data to improve actions and future strategies;
17. Problem-solving skills, business judgment, strategic and analytical capabilities;
18. Technically savvy and intellectually curious about new technologies and how they work;
19. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Other languages are a plus;
20. Team-work skills and experience to bring together diverse views and communicate/collaborate effectively;
21. Willingness to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment and disposition to take on multiple responsibilities and deadlines where prioritization is key;
