Your Tasks
Define Marketing Strategy (both channels Phamacy and Mass Market)
Define how much and where to invest to raise sales and get ROI
Market analysis and competitors
Define marketing mix support by brand and franchise
Internal figures analysis by sku, channels, customers,etc.
Develop of Master Artworks for the products (adapt international versions to local ones)
Develop Marketing campaigns in cooperation with POS, promotions, digital
P&L analysis
Control Marketing budget
Lead sales forecast: make net sales projection for each sku
build-up customer plans aligned with the Sales channel strategy.
Establish fluent communication & cooperation with Global and Regional Marketing department.
Your Profile
Hard skills
Bachelor/master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics (or similar), Pharmacy or medical Sciences
Pharmacy background will be valued
Professional experience in Marketing or SCM (preferential)
Solid MS-Office & Outlook knowledge (namely Excel and PowerPoint);
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
