Your New Role involves collaborating with global stakeholders and significantly impacting their growth journey within a SAP SuccessFactors environment deployed across over 75,000 employees worldwide. You will work closely with global stakeholders and contribute to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities
* Manage selected projects, including their risks and deadlines.
* Gather business requirements to be implemented in SAP SuccessFactors in collaboration with HR and other business stakeholders.
* Implement new functionality by improving existing processes or introducing system support for new processes using HR technology.
* Manage the full end-to-end implementation, test phases, and any required training.
You will focus primarily on SAP SuccessFactors from a systems' perspective and work with local HR teams and our Global IT organisation as main stakeholders, occasionally involving external vendors.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field.
* Familiarity with HR concepts and systems, with at least two years of experience in HR-related systems administration, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
* Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential, along with proficiency in English (spoken & written).
