Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives in Team Salt.
* Lead the team in achieving departmental targets and ensure their performance aligns with Core Process guidelines.
* Develop and implement various projects while serving as the first point of contact for employee issues, including difficult customer situations.
Requirements
* Experience in Customer Service, cross-selling, and Team Management.
* Fluency in at least two languages (German minimum level C1) and English is a plus.
* Interest in telecommunication products.
* Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 21:00).
* Personal strengths: reliability and punctuality.
