About the Job At Mindera we are continuously developing a fantastic Team and would love for you to join us.
As an Office & People Operations Team member you will have a love for people combined with a strong strategic and planning skill set, actively participating in the cohesive and smooth run of the office.
At this position, you will join the Office Admin Team that focuses mainly on logistics tasks such as Facilities and Office management, Purchases, Equipment Inventory, Booking Travels as well as diving and/or participating in Cultural, Learning and Social Community initiatives.
All these activities will lead you to interact with everyone in the company and outside Mindera. Being able to put people first is a key for this role: communication, trust and collaborative work with the Operation team, will be as relevant as any other skills, capability or experience.
You will be contributing to the decision making process that will ensure business sustainability, development and the pursuit of the team and organisation's purpose.
We would like to highlight that the position is based at our Oporto office and requires working onsite.
National and international expected travelling time: 0%-15% estimated.
Requirements You rock at Having 3+ years of experience (preferential) in facilities management or similar functions Having experience in the technology sector, both national and international (preferential); Strong communication in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Being self-driven, energetic, focused and being able to take a challenge and drive it to completion; Being able to switch easily between different themes and situations Being organised and enjoy administrative tasks; Having a broad perspective of situations, with critical and strategic spirit; Team work and capability to communicate your ideas; Keep calm and thoughtful in more demanding situations; You are good at Knowing your value and feeling assured of your role in the group/team - self awareness is a must; Always aspiring to do a great job, no matter how big or small the task is; Engaging with people around you and striving to have mostly a positive impact.
