As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales & Patient Experience Specialist who will play a key role in onboarding and guiding patients through their fertility journey, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in their decisions.
Your Role
As a Sales & Patient Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current patients, offering expert guidance together with the medical team and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your mission will be to acquire new patients and help them navigate their treatment plan with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the face of Ovom Care, welcoming patients warmly and making them feel at ease.
* Effectively communicate high-level treatment journeys and pricing options transparently and confidently.
* Close sales with professionalism and empathy.
* Guide patients through the consultation and treatment process, ensuring clarity at every step.
* Assist with scheduling consultations and coordinating with the medical team.
* Manage patient data and oversee administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with patients, fostering trust and engagement.
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
* Passion towards always offering the best experience and service possible.
* A sales-driven mindset, eager to help patients while achieving results.
* Confidence in handling patient consultations, addressing concerns, and guiding them toward the best solutions.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare, sales, or customer service is a plus.
* Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese or other languages is a strong plus.
* Bonus: Experience in fertility care, reproductive health, or medical sales is highly valued.
