Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Serve food and beverage courses to guests in a timely manner
* Set tables according to event type and service standards
* Answer questions on menu selections and provide recommendations
* Communicate with the kitchen regarding orders, wait times, and product availability
* Record transactions accurately using the MICROS system
* Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
* Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment throughout the shift
* Complete closing duties, including restocking and turning off lights
* Present accurate checks to guests and process payments
Safety and Professional Standards
* Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting accidents and injuries to management
* Complete safety training and certifications as required
* Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional at all times
