Job Description
You will increase and improve effectiveness and operational efficiency in all highly transactional processes in the daily PTP activities.
What will be your responsibilities?
* Identify process improvement initiatives and implement best practices to achieve operational efficiencies
* Identify and drive opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate implemented PTP processes
* Engage with Operational finance subject matter experts to ensure continuity and fully integrated end-to-end process effectiveness
* Responsibility for standard operating procedures and their maintenance
You will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead.
Qualifications
You bring at least 5 years of specific accounting experience – preferably in a project business environment.
* You are in your comfort zone when resilience and workload balance on a high level
* Very good knowledge or willingness to learn D365; IT affinity
* Strong communication skills with a high willingness to drive effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day processes
* Very good English skills
* You proactively identify and pursue opportunities that come across your path.
