Your responsibilities
* You will oversee and manage the entire robotic integration process, from offline programming to on-site commissioning, ensuring full compliance with contracts, specifications, and project standards.
* You will organize site setup (office, IT supplies, work passes, entry permits, etc.).
* You will manage a section of the construction site, leading and coordinating internal and external employees.
* You will supervise the execution of robotic assembly, commissioning, and production ramp-up. Define and optimize robot motion sequences, ensuring cycle time and quality targets are met.
* You will act as the main point of contact for the client and project manager.
* You will monitor and evaluate performance deviations, implementing corrective actions and reporting to project management.
Your profile
* You have 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on robot programming, commissioning, and system integration.
* You have completed an apprenticeship in a technical or industrial field, with further training as a technician/master craftsman or an equivalent qualification.
* You have strong expertise in robot brands like KUKA, ABB, Fanuc, or Yaskawa.
* You have experience in customer interaction and field assembly, ideally including international projects.
* You have strong organizational and leadership experience, with initiative, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset.
* You are proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus. German language skills are advantageous.
* You are willing and available to travel onsite to clients nationally and internationally. All travels are within Europe and booked internally by thyssenkrupp.
