Descrição
- Provide high-level administrative support, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence;
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents as required;
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings;
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion;
- Assist in project coordination, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently;
- Oversee office management tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Perfil ideal
- A degree in Secretariat, Languages, or a related field;
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role;
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Knowledge of other languages is preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software;
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
