What You’ll Be Doing
1. Moderating forums, chat groups, and social platforms.
2. Organizing online events and collaborating with internal teams.
3. Sourcing KOL leads and providing valuable market insights.
4. Managing local OKX community operations.
5. Growing the local online and offline OKX community by building a new user conversion strategy.
6. Driving interactions in local OKX forums, instant messaging platforms, and chat groups to increase positive engagement.
7. Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
8. Exploring new community-friendly platforms and groups to facilitate the expansion of OKX's local user base and influence.
9. Organizing online events, assisting in offline meet-ups, and conducting product and service surveys.
10. Providing user feedback and market insights.
11. Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings to the community and to reach measurable value.
12. Supporting KOL leads sourcing and OKX products' educational content creation.
What We Look For In You
1. Relevant experience in customer support.
2. Previous experience with key social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord).
3. Exceptional communication skills in English and Portuguese.
4. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain related terminologies and trends and a liking for crypto cultures.
5. Ability to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
Nice to Haves
1. Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams.
2. Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
3. Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space.
