ROLE:
* Modeling, mapping and projection of application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements;
* Collaboration with Business Units, in order to produce PBI's;
* Update of PBI descriptions for each asset and functional wikis;
* Evaluation of the project, which includes the functional design, cost estimate and a high-level execution plan;
* Execution of sprints/projects, following a Scrum methodology;
* Monitoring of training actions in business areas, following UAT's with business partners.
PROFILE:
* Higher education in the area of Information Technologies;
* Professional experience of more than 4 years in similar functions;
* Proven professional experience in Solution Design, in terms of the functional level in documentation and in defining the acceptance criteria for each functionality;
* Good knowledge of agile methodologies, namely Scrum, in order to promote good alignment between Developers and Testers;
* Experience in team management and leadership is valued;
* Fluency in English;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Attention to detail, rigor and autonomy.
