Job Description
As a QSHE Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative support to the central QHSE department related with quality non-conformities
Main Responsibilities:
1. Handles non-conformities reported by the sales affiliates, gathers data and steers these towards the responsible plants/departments for further investigation
2. Input data regarding non-conformities in SAP
3. Keep SharePoint and SAP database up-to-date and accurate
4. Create purchase requisitions for QHSE related equipment and services
5. Assist both internal and external ISO Audits, and follow-up actions
6. Provide QHSE data, instructions, procedures and documents to all departments as they may require
7. Motivate internal stakeholders to work according to the QHSE standards, instructions and procedures
8. Other administrative tasks
Qualifications
9. Previous experience in similar role, preferably in an international environment relating with multiple stakeholders
10. Academic background in Quality is a plus
11. Experience with MS Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and ERP (SAP is a plus)
12. Excellent communicator, fluent in English
13. Strong organizational skills
14. Resident in Ovar or nearby area
