Job Description
The Corporate Tax Manager will be responsible for end-to-end, cost-efficient regional corporate tax advisory and tax planning, ensuring optimal business structures and risk management in accordance with Maersk's values and Tax Principles.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct tax advisory and planning for various regional projects, assets transactions, high-value commercial contracts, M&A transactions, cross-border investments, complex tax litigation, and legal and operational restructuring projects.
* Supporting or leading global initiatives and analyses.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of practical experience from a tax function in an international company or a law or audit firm. The ideal candidate should have:
* Experience in project management, restructuring, and critical analysis.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Fluency in English and proficiency in French (an added advantage).
