Marketing Analyst
We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our team at FedEx, the largest express transportation company in the world. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding experience to our customers by analysing customer data and developing insights-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse Customer Data: Collect, extract, analyse, and interpret customer data from various sources to identify trends, behaviours, and insights that inform highly personalised multi-channel customer engagement strategies.
* Develop Customer Segmentations: Create and manage detailed audience segments based on customer behaviour data to improve targeting accuracy across the customer lifecycle.
* Support Marketing Automation: Develop and manage data-driven marketing automation strategies, including audience segmentation, lead scoring, and personalised lifecycle campaigns, to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
* Deliver Insights, Analysis and Modelling to drive loyalty: Deliver insight and analysis into My FedEx Rewards, a loyalty and reward programme for Europe, identifying customers for programme eligibility, targeted bonus offers, performance uplifts and KPI improvements.
* Create and Maintain Dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into customer engagement metrics, campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness.
* Monitor and Optimise Engagement Campaign Performance: Track and analyse the performance of multi-channel marketing automation and engagement campaigns across the lifecycle, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer insight, analysis or data modelling role with a proven track record of delivering insight, analysis and data models that drive customer retention and growth across the lifecycle.
* Expertise in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, Python, Excel, and data visualisation tools like Tableau, Spotfire or Power BI to analyse and present data.
* Experience with Marketing Automation and Customer Data Platforms: Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Relay42, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including experience with setting up and managing automated workflows and campaigns.
* Audience Creation and Management: Experience in creating and managing audience segments, leveraging data-driven insights to inform targeted marketing strategies and improve engagement.
* Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive customer engagement and improved marketing effectiveness.
* Communication and Reporting: Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
