Job Description
* As the head of our team in Portugal, lead and develop our activities and expertise throughout the country.
* Manage and develop the internal team, manage interfaces, and create synergies with other entities of the Group.
* Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share in the Portuguese market.
* Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across offices, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
* Sales Forecasting and Financial Reporting: Provide accurate sales and financial forecasts and reports to senior management. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Identify new business opportunities and develop a robust sales pipeline. Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
* Ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
* Represent the Company at Industry Events: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and establish new business contacts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience within the design and build or real estate industry.
* Proven track record in managing and realizing design & build projects.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market, with existing relationships in offices, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors.
* Strong knowledge of local suppliers in the design & build sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
