Position
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to work in this project in Lisbon.
Requirements:
1. 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer;
2. Knowledge of UX standards;
3. Previous experience as a Design Practitioner;
4. Experience of designing compelling digital products and experiences using a full range of UX skills from research through to information architecture, data design, concept design, iterative prototyping and final design delivery;
5. Experience in the financial services or funds management industry.
6. Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and contribute to the growth of design system collaborating with cross functional teams ensuring consistency across our digital solutions;
2. Drive the delivery of high-quality user experience and interaction design work across the Digital portfolio;
3. Support the practice and build team expertise across disciplines including user research, interaction design and visual design;
4. Be a customer advocate, mastering customer needs and using feedback, user goals, and business requirements to drive clear UX direction to products as well as value increase appreciation for user centric design;
5. Help to focus the team’s efforts through driving UX standards, offering project guidance and connecting the team to the wider organizational context and ecosystem.
