Job Description
What is your role?
1. Develop automated tests
2. Work with common test automation frameworks and tools
3. Integrate with CI/CD tools and pipeline ( Jenkins)
4. Identify potential quality risks.
5. Analyze results and report defects
6. Work within an Agile development environment
7. Collaborate with colleagues onshore and offshore daily
You will report to the Quality Assurance Director.
Qualifications
What should you have?
8. 3+ years of commercial experience in testing Web and Client/Server applications
9. Experience with Playwright automated tool
10. Experience with other automated testing tools will be a huge advantage (for example Robot Framework, Cucumber, Postman)
11. Experience with the best practices in creating system test scripts, test execution and defect reporting/tracking
12. Experience in testing web applications across different platforms and browsers
13. Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins
14. Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL
15. Troubleshoot and cause skills
16. Collaborate with a team on urgent issues resolution
17. Understanding of the following Web technologies: HTTP(S), S/FTP, Web Services (SOAP, RESTful)
18. Have contagious passion about quality
19. Very good verbal and written English
20. Desirable Experience:
21. Understanding of performance testing principles and best practices
22. Good programming skills in JavaScript or Typescript
23. Experience of web usability, i18n and accessibility testing and the corresponding tools
24. Understanding of the principles of Agile software development
25. Knowledge in some main Internet and e-commerce principles such as: SEO, Web Analytics, Geotargeting, CDN
