HR Generalist
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding new employees.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote open communication with all employees, identifying any issues and facilitating their resolution;
* Support the development of internal training programs and ensure compliance with associated administrative processes;
* Coordinate the integration and socialization processes for new employees, ensuring they have access to necessary documents and training;
* Manage payroll processing, including coordination with external suppliers;
* Provide support and clarification to employees regarding payroll-related matters;
* Maintain accurate records and indicators for the area, including the Dashboard;
* Ensure effective administrative management across all aspects of the role;
* Contribute to the improvement of HR management processes;
* Implement and support human resources policies.
Ideal Profile
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field;
* At least 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles;
* Strong technical knowledge of payroll processing and contractual management;
* In-depth understanding of labor legislation;
* Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel;
* Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.
