We are looking to recruit a IT Senior Specialist

What will this person do?
• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
• Provide expert knowledge and support in the SAP FI (Financial Accounting), PM (Plant Maintenance), and QM (Quality Management) modules;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions;
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and track project progress;
• Conduct system analysis, design, and configuration for SAP modules;
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution;
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP-related problems;
• Train and mentor junior IT staff and end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices;
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals;
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.
What the ideal candidate looks like?
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred;
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management and SAP module implementation;
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FI, PM, and QM modules;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable;
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by SAP FI, PM, and QM;
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders;
• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
