Head of Growth
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Growth to execute and optimise high-impact demand generation activities that fuel the growth of our flagship offerings: AI Activate and the AI Agent Platform.
This role is pivotal in designing and managing targeted campaigns, organising key events, supporting partner channel development, and delivering measurable outcomes across the entire marketing funnel.
As a core member of the team, you will work closely with the co-founders and other stakeholders to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, execute, and iterate multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital ads, email marketing, webinars, and events) to generate leads and drive engagement.
* Tailor campaigns to our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), targeting industries such as SMEs, consulting, retail, and healthcare.
* Build effective workflows to nurture and re-engage leads across the buyer journey.
Event Management:
* Organise and oversee events, such as webinars, industry conferences, and partner showcases, to boost our presence and generate leads.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver polished and impactful event experiences.
* Support the co-founders in building strategic partnerships and creating partner-focused marketing materials.
* Collaborate on campaigns that enable partners to promote and sell our solutions effectively.
Performance Optimisation:
* Track and analyse performance metrics across all campaigns and channels, using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Pipedrive.
* Meetings generated per month (20–30 target).
* Cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
* Campaign ROI and marketing spend efficiency.
* Use insights to iterate campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion.
Content & Messaging:
* Develop compelling assets, such as landing pages, email sequences, ads, case studies, and social content, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and value proposition.
* Refine positioning and messaging in collaboration with the leadership team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
* Lead and coordinate external agencies, freelancers, or contractors supporting campaign execution.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing or growth-focused roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
* Proven track record in executing and scaling demand generation campaigns with measurable results.
* Hands-on expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, social ads, content marketing, and email automation.
* Experience in managing event marketing and partner enablement initiatives.
* Proficiency in tools like Pipedrive, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Metrics for Success:
* Meetings Generated: Deliver 20–30 qualified meetings monthly.
* Lead Generation: Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
* Campaign ROI: Achieve a positive ROI across campaigns within the first three months.
* CAC Reduction: Reduce customer acquisition cost by a defined percentage over six months.
* Brand Visibility: Increase website traffic, social media engagement, and email list growth by measurable percentages.
