YOUR ROLE Develop and execute strategies to ensure an optimized stock level, fulfilling the production plan at the lowest possible cost; Lead and participate in multidisciplinary forecast meetings to plan and promote the purchase of materials, anticipating future needs and optimizing costs; Identify and manage risks that may impact the production plan, implementing preventive and corrective measures; Alert, suggest solutions, and promote actions for deviations in the production plan due to material shortages; Manage material and subcontracting needs, placing supply orders with suppliers defined by the Procurement and Purchasing department; Monitor and manage materials planning, coordinating with the various teams of the Operations Department and their respective managers; Track material purchase orders for production and update the ERP with the expected dates based on supplier responses. OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB: Minimum 12th-grade education with relevant job experience; Proficiency in computer skills (e.g., spreadsheets, databases); Experience in product Bill of Material; Knowledge of cost management and budgeting; Project management skills, including planning and execution. CHECK IF YOU ARE/HAVE: Proven experience in materials planning, stock management, and/or similar areas; Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Proactivity, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
