Your Role: Product Designer
Are you passionate about human-centered design and creating intuitive, impactful digital experiences ? As a Product Designer at UpHill Health, you'll play a key role in shaping our products, ensuring they are seamless, scalable, and user-friendly. Your designs will minimize medical errors, improve patient outcomes, and transform the healthcare experience.
What You'll Do
* Design, prototype, and develop new features and products that enhance healthcare efficiency.
* Create universal, scalable designs that work across multiple platforms.
* Identify user needs through research, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas, and refine designs based on data and feedback.
* Ensure design consistency & coherence across various platforms in collaboration with other designers.
* Work closely with engineers & product managers to deliver high-quality, polished user experiences.
What We're Looking For:
* 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
* A portfolio showcasing digital product design work.
* Proficiency in UX/UI design, including wireframes, flow maps, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes.
* Experience designingend-to-end flows, as well as complex user stories (e.g., healthcare workflows).
* Deep understanding ofuser behavior, design patterns, and user-centered design principles .
* Strong visual branding skills to create cohesive product experiences.
* Expert in design tools like Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, or traditional sketching tools.
Bonus Points for
* Experience invector-based illustrations for adaptable design systems.
* Knowledge ofmotion graphics & animation applied to web experiences.
* Experience withAgile methodologies & project management .
