Description
Daily Tasks:
• Analyse the client's needs and objectives;
• Document requirements clearly and precisely;
• Identify flaws and opportunities for improvement;• Propose solutions to achieve the desired results;
• Collaborate with the client and technical teams;
• Ensure compliance with the defined requirements;
• Analyze and monitor requests for functional changes;
• Prepare and keep project documentation up to date;
• Assist in project management.
- +4 years of experience;
- Degree in IT or similar;
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager (requirements gathering is essential motivation);
- 60% of the time will be requirements development;
- Soft skills resilience, and ability to deal with business units;
- Agile, Kanban, Scrum e Waterfall
- IT knowledge (Endpoints API interconnections knowledge)
- Knowledge of infrastructure could be a good plus;
- More technical component; SAP/SAS knowledge (plus);
- Proficiency in English C1;
- Proficiency in using tools such as Confluence, and JIRA;
- Excellent communication skills.
- Top 5 Skills: resilience, good teamwork and communication skills, Business Analyst, Jira;
- Hybrid model (70% remote) based in Lisbon (mandatory).
