JOB DESCRIPTION Your role is to help in the smooth operations of the systems and applications managed by the M365 Workplace Solutions Team.
Your Role
You will join an experienced team that wishes to train and teach you. This is a great opportunity to work on a fundamental industry of our society, that is in an accelerated path of digitalisation.
Your Responsibilities
1. Assist with applications operations and monitoring (namely SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, Azure Automation).
2. Assist on service/incident management support tasks in collaboration with our already existing first-line user support desks and third-level support team.
3. Identifying, troubleshooting, and analysing technical problems ranging from infrastructure to business systems.
4. Produce high level documentation on systems and processes.
Your Skills and Experiences
5. Academic degree of computer sciences or equivalent education/knowledge.
6. Proficient with the Microsoft ecosystem, namely Microsoft 365.
7. Familiarity with scripting languages for the purpose of automating tasks.
8. Experience or knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, XML, .NET, will be valued (non-mandatory, but a plus ).
9. Strong problem solving/analytical skills and an above average ability to learn new areas or skills quickly.
10. Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).
