Job Description:
A Quality Manager is a dynamic and multifaceted professional with a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking, and communication capabilities. They will work directly with quality and production teams, and indirectly with logistics and commercial teams.
Daily Activities
* Enforce quality standards to ensure the company meets its goals.
* Review and analyze data to improve the quality department's performance.
* Identify patterns and trends, spot anomalies, and find solutions to implement process improvements.
* Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide ongoing visibility into quality performance.
* Guarantee quality across all company departments by implementing effective quality control measures.
* Communicate complex findings and insights in a clear and concise manner, making them easy to understand for non-experts.
* Form a high-performing team that shares knowledge and expertise to drive quality excellence.
Your Expertise
You must be an ambitious quality manager professional with a degree in Quality or a related field and relevant experience. You should have knowledge of at least some of the following areas:
* Strong Excel skills to analyze and present data effectively.
* English as a natural language to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of HACCP and IFS norms to ensure compliance with industry standards.
