Job Summary:
* Execute complex transactions for NFC customers not supported by BPO provider.
* Provide guidance to BPO provider on issue resolution to facilitate transaction execution.
* Develop and communicate mitigation plans for issues identified.
* Escalate issues that require immediate end-to-end resolution and provide feedback to customers and internal stakeholders.
* Assist in legal case support to minimize penalties and maintain customer satisfaction.
* Support sales in escalations where business is at risk.
* Provide support to sales on customer activation queries.
* Contribute to policy modifications and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support in specific areas raised by SHS/BPO on regional/local issues.
2. Enhance Business Process (BP) support for handling escalations from BPO/Sales/BP Support customers to resolve Service Tax Clearance (STC) related issues.
Requirements:
* Background in Finance is advantageous.
* Experience with Excel is mandatory.
* Proficient in English communication in a business environment; additional languages such as German, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish (B2 Level) are desirable.
* Attention to detail and high degree of customer orientation.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Willngness to learn and propose suggestions for improvement.
* Experience working with third-party auditors/customer portals is a plus.
* International work experience or similar is a plus.
