**Sr. Early Life-Cycle Manager for New Technologies**
Overview:
The Global Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team seeks a talented and driven equipment Early Lifecycle Manager (ELM) to work closely with the development and deployment of new automation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Development:
* Lead and develop a team of technical professionals, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
* Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team.
* Drive the professional growth of team members through mentoring, coaching, and creating development opportunities.
2. Technical Program Management:
* Oversee the development and implementation of RME standards for new technologies across multiple programs.
* Lead the preparation and tracking of RME deliverables for all programs in the development phase.
* Develop and implement standardized processes for technology deployment and handover to operations.
3. Strategic Planning and Execution:
* Serve as Single Thread Leader (STL) for interactions with technology teams, managing relationships up to leadership level.
* Lead lessons learned workshops to define short and long-term improvement initiatives.
* Manage complex cross-functional programs with significant business impact.
4. Stakeholder Management:
* Act as primary point of contact between RME Central, RME Field, and external stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with technology owners, vendors, and internal teams.
* Lead weekly/monthly business reviews and handle escalations up to Director level.
* Ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholder groups.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Senior project management experience or related field.
* Experience leading and developing teams.
* Strong track record of delivering complex technical projects.
* Experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or related technical field.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
* Experience in developing and implementing technical standards and processes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and drive clarity.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
* Experience in technical program management.
* MBA, advanced degrees, and/or Black Belt certification(s).
