* Utilities Management and Operation: Steam Production and Distribution Plant, Thermal Oil Boiler and Oil Distribution System, Air Compressors and Storage and Distribution System, Water Collection, Storage and Distribution Systems, Descaled Water Production and Distribution Systems, Cooling Water Systems;
* Support for the management of the electrical infrastructure, guaranteeing the operation of the installation in emergencies, in particular the emergency generators;
* All Energy Management activities/tasks;
* WWTP, management of the installation and operations associated with its operation;
* Support for the area responsible for Industrial Waste Management;
* For the areas for which they are responsible, promoting/requesting, supporting/monitoring interventions for maintenance, repair, modification and/or construction. Actively collaborate in ensuring the safety of activities, in particular participating in Work Authorizations. Receiving completed work and taking part in commissioning. Promoting and participating in the implementation and follow-up of Planned Maintenance;
* Responsible for external service contracts to support the operations in his/her area of responsibility. Participating in defining the scope and conditions of execution (specifications), ensuring compliance and providing support during the term of the contract. Analyzing reports, promoting the implementation of suggested actions;
* Take part in and/or develop actions in risk assessments within the scope of Occupational Safety and Process Safety, such as PHA (Process Hazard Analysis) or others.
* Licensing processes, monitoring external technical audits, surveys and inspections by authorities. Internal audits, particularly environmental audits.
* Within the area of Energy, Utilities Management and Environment (WWTP and Waste), carry out confirmation plans and actions, with the aim of ensuring that operational management processes are being applied that comply with: Synthomer's standards, Quality and Environment certifications, legislation and technical rules;
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards and procedures;
* Manage the human resources assigned to them in order to meet the objectives of the areas for which they are responsible. Promoting teamwork, compliance with standards, managing expectations, promoting knowledge, managing schedules, among others.
