Your Role in Our Team
In your role as SAP Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal part in enabling the Customer Service department's performance by managing Contracts, Service orders and Material needs for services execution in SAP.
Main Responsibilities:
* Creation, renewal and closure of contracts
* Management of price agreements and billing plans
* Closure of service orders
* Invoicing control
* Support of month-end activities
* Correction of rules, contracts and service & sales orders
* Support in justifying client invoices
* Support in finding data for managing current accounts
* Confirmation of service orders for cost inputation
* Analysis of errors for invoicing emission
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP S/4 SD module
* Analytical background
* Curiosity and appetite for detail and rigor
* Client mindset and business results orientation
* Taste for getting requests and supporting colleagues and other departments
