TasksOwn requirements gathering and analysis for the Digital team from all stakeholdersCommunicating and translating business requirements into technical solutionsOwn and ensure requirements are documented to a level where they can be handed to Development teams for developmentProduce conceptual high-level designs that are aligned to business processesDefine functional specifications including creation of user stories and following Change Request processesWork closely with Technical teams, QA, Project and Product ManagersSupport user acceptance testing (UAT)Maintain ownership of the functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle processSupport the Technical Delivery Manager and Senior Business Analyst to manage the development backlogAlign with ghd performance process to ensure goals are reviewed and set with direct reports in line with ghd scheduleRequirementsMinimum three years working with an online commerce platformAnalytical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities who can collaborate with the company Digital, PMO, product and business stakeholders to clearly define, document and communicate requirementsSolid understanding of project lifecycle and experience in successfully delivering IT projects from inception to deliveryOperational background in a multi-national, multi-channel business in a manufacturing, FMCG or similar organisationEnd to end experience across ecommerce, commercial and customer service, with a solid understanding of B2C processes together with the financial relationships relating to each functionFamiliarity of working in Agile environments, including Scrum and KanbanSolid knowledge of interfaces and interactions between core internal applications (ecommerce platform & ERP) and external partners (EDI, web services)Solid experience of defining and documenting processes, identifying gaps and proposing improvements in line with business strategyPractical experience of working with multiple technology platforms and applications with a broad spectrum of knowledge across projects, solutions and servicesExperienced in sustaining strong working relationships with business stakeholders and the Development teamSolid experience of best practice methodology in solution and service delivery and in project management, using both waterfall & agile methodologiesEnthusiastic and flexible with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, with the ability to understand the bigger pictureAbility to work autonomously and to work within challenging deadlines
