LGG Advisors, with offices in Porto, Lisbon, London and Madrid, provides a multitude of high added-value consultancy services to leading firms globally. Our Finance & Strategy team provides an array of comprehensive services catering specifically to our clients' unique and evolving circumstances which require creative and careful consideration, decision making and guidance. Our services focus on M&A Transactions, Due Diligence, Capital Raisings, Private Placements and Corporate Strategy.
Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Project Manager for our Porto or Lisbon office to be in charge of client engagements and manage a team of Associates, Senior Analysts and Analysts.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
* Generating client facing reports, presentations and pitch-books, data analysis and financial modelling
* Manage team of Associates, Senior Analysts and Analysts and their client deliverables
* Provide ongoing training and mentoring of Associates, Senior Analysts and Analysts
* Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison)
* Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representatives

PERSON SPECIFICATION
The following skills are required for this role:
* Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the Financial Services Industry with strong Corporate Finance and M&A expertise
* Fluency in English at proficient level. Previous full-time education taught in English or previous full-time employment in a country of official English language are an advantage
* Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance, Business, Economics, or similar)
* Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level)
* Interest in the financial services industry and good awareness of the industry
