About the Job
We're looking for a dedicated and driven French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is all about making sure our French-speaking customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience when interacting with MIKUTA.
You'll be assisting customers with varied inquiries, all while representing the MIKUTA brand in all its essence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service via email, social media, WhatsApp, and chat to our French-speaking customers. Assist with inquiries related to orders, products, and general customer support.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and building a trusting relationship.
* Help customers with order placements, tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
* Collaborate with other team members to provide solutions and share customer feedback to improve our service and strategize for the future.
* Represent the MIKUTA brand in all customer interactions, embodying our values and commitment to a high-quality customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems as needed.
About You
* Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
* Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively, always with empathy and friendliness.
* Able to think on your feet and provide creative solutions to customer issues.
