Call for Research Grant Assignment
The University of Coimbra opens a call for the assignment of a research grant, with one position(s), under the project BIOSHOES4ALL - Innovation and training in the footwear industry for the bioeconomy.
Legal Admission Requirements
1. Masters in Chemical Engineering and similars
2. Grant Recipients:
1. Students enrolled in a doctoral degree, in the scientific area of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and similars.
2. Master’s degree holders, in the scientific area of Chemical Engineering and similars, enrolled in a non-degree-granting course.

Work Plan / Goals to be Achieved
Developing biobased polymer formulations for the footwear industry. Polymer processing. Characterization of industrially processed samples.

1. Monthly grant amount: 1.309,64€
2. Other financial components: N.A
3. Voluntary social security (SSV) included if the grant has a duration of six months or more.
4. Funding by PRR - Recovery and Resilience Plan and the Next Generation EU European Funds.
Selection Methods
Evaluation of the academic record (AR)
1. Criterion 1 - Absolute merit of the curriculum vitae;
2. Criterion 2 - Specific knowledge related to the work plan.
