About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage and maintain Workday HCM systems and other modules, contributing to a great employee experience. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to design, test, and implement digital solutions that improve how employees interact with our tools.
What you'll do:
1. Manage and support Workday HCM systems.
2. Collaborate with teams to assess user needs and develop solutions.
3. Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate global system issues.
4. Apply Agile and Design Thinking to improve HR processes.
5. Automate and streamline global HR and security functions.
6. Configure and optimize Workday to enhance user experience.
7. Create custom reports, data analysis, and mass updates.
8. Provide training and support for system changes and upgrades.
9. Lead workshops to gather feedback and improve user adoption.
What we're looking for:
10. 3+ years of Workday experience, including Core HCM
11. Nice to have: additional modules (Learning, Recruiting, Talent, etc.).
12. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
13. Excellent communication and customer service focus.
14. Experience with Agile methodology and project management.
15. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
