Details – Hospitality, Sports & Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports & Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal, being responsible for managing the main hotel units, located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.
Details is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our Sports & Leisure division. This role will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies across our golf courses and leisure offerings, ensuring each brand is effectively positioned in the market. The ideal candidate will be experienced in campaign management, brand positioning, digital and offline marketing, and stakeholder collaboration to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Sports & Leisure division, ensuring alignment with each brand’s identity.
* Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events.
* Oversee marketing campaigns and activations, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
* Lead brand positioning efforts, ensuring each property is effectively marketed to its target audience.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on creative and campaign execution.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
* Manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI.
* Support sales teams with marketing materials, promotional strategies, and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, leisure, or hospitality.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Experience in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO and performance-driven campaigns.
* Excellent analytical skills, with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and agencies.
* Knowledge of CRM, email marketing, and website management is a plus.
