Quality Product Manager, Aeronautical Area
(Portuguese Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and evaluates production operations from a strategic quality perspective to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and customer & regulatory specifications.
Facilitates the introduction of continuous improvement methodologies, working with production teams to analyze and improve current processes and procedures.
Develops and maintains measures of the success of changes implemented, engaging the workforce at all levels to gain commitment and understanding of business changes.
Implements standardized working methods to reduce process variability and ensure high quality process control, supporting the development of staff to encourage a culture of quality.
Assists the Supply Chain Team to resolve any potential technical or product quality issues through technical/process improvement at suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, process capability and problem resolution tools (8D, 5 Why, 6 Sigma, etc.) and techniques.
- Quality System exposure.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Engineering Drawings.
- Lean Manufacturing Awareness.
- At least 1 year of previous experience as a quality product manager or in a similar position.
- Practical experience of quality management products and test methods.
- Thorough understanding of technical documents.
- Good knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent field.
