As an Automation Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements across the Life Sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated machinery, PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues to minimize production downtime.
* Conduct system upgrades, calibrations, and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
* Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year experience in automation maintenance, industrial robotics, or a similar role.
