At the moment we are looking for the following candidate:
Scrum Master (3):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related domains;
•At least 5 years of experience;
•Solid experience as a Scrum Master in an international, hybrid (Onsite and Home
office) context;
•Strong people skills (Interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, empathy,
conflict management);
•Experience in teaching agile values and methodologies, coaching teams and team
building;
•Experience in moderating and facilitating workshops;
•You feel at home in an agile environment and have excellent knowledge of methods
such as Scrum, Kanban and ideally the Safe framework;
•Ability to drive change and support the team during the process;
•Experience with online collaboration tools (preferably Mural);
•Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Good level of English.
