We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support the daily life of our client, a multicultural entrepreneur family.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing personal and corporate tasks, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing productivity.
Personal and Family Support:
* Diary management and time optimization
* Personal travel arrangements
* Email and WhatsApp communications
* Main and secondary residence management in Portugal
* Inventory, shopping, and stock taking
* Party, event, and holiday planning
* Family activities coordination
* Personal finance management
* House staff and service provider management
* Paperwork and administrative task completion
* Insurance sourcing, tracking, and annual renewals
Executive and Corporate Support:
* Agenda management and meeting planning
* Professional travel arrangements
* Event logistics and organization
* Email and WhatsApp communications
* Report preparation, meeting notes, and presentations
* Research and information gathering
* Collaboration with other departments and executives
* Support for public speaking engagements and social media events
Ideal Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
* Minimum seven years of experience as an assistant to CEOs or C-Suite executives
* Excellent English and Portuguese language skills
* Korean or French language skills highly valued
* Outstanding organizational skills
* Detail-oriented and solutions-focused
* Solid knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
* Able to work independently, flexibly, and adaptably
* Multicultural background and interest in different cultures
* Excellent listening skills
* Driving license
