This is a great opportunity for joining Pricing Global Business Services (GBS) in Lisbon to support global pricing activity in 70+ countries (100 legal entities) and performing a range of corporate administrative tasks and partnering with the business to deliver continuous improvements in service quality to optimise stakeholders’ experience. Work directly with Pricing Manager as key partner to our Pricing Centre of Excellence and Business Units to ensure relevant, actionable and sustainable performance insights.
Your role includes the creation and preparation of information for reporting and involvement in weekly/monthly/quarterly chargeback rebate dashboards, reports and production of ad-hoc analysis, as a foundation of driving measurable performance indicators, and integrate into self-serve tools for local stakeholders while expanding the scope of GBS to support the business.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
You may be involved in the following activities as part of your day-to-day responsibilities:
* Collection, preparation and review of chargeback rebate information to support North America contract operations, pricing, revenue management, AR, and finance reporting including monthly/quarterly dashboards and chargeback rebate data analytics reports.
* Providing financial/chargeback rebate support to key stakeholders across finance, accounting, and contract operations, supporting chargeback rebate optimal process and procedure implementation.
* Assistance, maintain chargeback rebate reporting based on reporting systems (Vistex, Power BI, SAP, Hyperion) to ensure appropriate information can be collected, analyzed, and reported organized and concluded within the defined timetable.
* Active role with Global BI colleagues to expand and standardize reporting across regions (Europe, GEM, NA, HSG, IC) under SLA metrics and Pricing function strategy to expand the scope of GBS to support the business.
* Participation in group projects as they arise.
About You
* Bachelors in business, Finance, Economics or Maths.
* Up to 3 years experience in financial or analytic environment.
* Previous experience working in Shared Services environment will be an advantage.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong analytical acumen and statistical modeling to determine the potential impact of chargeback rebates on profitability.
* Ability to prioritise effectively to meet strict deadlines.
* A customer-first mindset to fit with our “forever caring” brand with strong stakeholder management and seeking to work effectively in matrix team environment.
* Proactivity and an “own it” mindset.
* Ability to analyse financial data and draw conclusions and proposals from it, capable to go beyond number knowledge.
Other Qualifications
* Knowledge of system integration and the use of information technology for reporting namely Power BI, SAP, Vistex and Hyperion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform products Excel, Power Point.
* Ability to support a fast-paced high volume and diverse workload.
Working Conditions
* We support a hybrid working approach with 1 day/week working from our Lisbon office.
* As you will be supporting markets in multiple time zones, some flexibility around working hours will be needed.
