About The Role
Goldenergy seeks a Key Account Manager to expand, maximize, and optimize a Regional retail network with a strong focus on commercial servicing, leveraging the brand's reputation and solidifying a good market position, aligned with Goldenergy's core values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for North Zone - Minho to the Center
2. Ensure partners' accesses are set, including delivery or collection of merchandising
3. Monitor daily activities and provide clarification as needed
4. Manage store makeovers and commercial space decorations when necessary
5. Control agents' deposits, mitigating financial and cash holdings risk
6. Monitor KPIs and partnership profitability
7. Manage sales numbers, VOC (NPS/SGA), audits, and other metrics
8. Conduct commercial visits, plan mystery shopper visits, and monitor their status
9. Negotiate bonuses, Rappel, commissions, and contractual matters
10. Implement retail network training, commercial training, mystery shopper visits, and follow-up meetings
11. Identify areas with high and low potential
12. Analyze TMA and TME of own stores
Requirements:
* At least 5-10 years of experience in sales positions in energy or similar sectors
* Relevant background experience in sales
* Medium user level of Microsoft Office tools
* Knowledge of CRM software (Sales Force)
