Job Description
We are looking for a Business Operations Support for Airbus GBS.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities:
* Continuous Improvement of the Platform
o You will be the primary contact to all local BOS (around 50) for any evolution of the platform and also defects.
o Capture business needs, analyze from business and functional perspective, and make a proposal to the business.
o Evaluate global needs and find a compromise with all stakeholders.
o Implement changes in collaboration with IM, test, and deliver during an acceptance phase.
o The key drivers of this work package are Harmonization & Simplification and Business Continuity.
* Services Manager
o Ensure delivered services respect operational constraints (SLA & OLA).
o Review and update services with local L2, L3, and L4 BOS based on feedback.
o Improve delivered services by proposing actions and improvement plans.
o Deploy new perimeter for Service L0, L1, and A&R.
o Capture requirements, propose transition plans, and deploy with the supplier.
Requirements
* Previous experience in business management in an IT or industrial environment.
* Able to listen, understand, and respond constructively.
* Able to negotiate, influence, and manage conflicts.
* Willingness to handle changes daily.
* Experience with project management methodologies (Agile methodology).
* 1-2 years of experience in reporting analytics, able to create and maintain simple reports, and required macro in Google AppScript.
* ITIL.
* Google Workplace.
* ServiceNow.
* Business-level English and any other European language is a plus.
