Role Description
International Sharing School seeks a proactive and enthusiastic Admissions Intern looking to join a dynamic sales team. This internship ((Professional Internship IEFP) provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment while developing key skills in customer service, hospitality and communications.
The Admissions Intern will work collaboratively with the Admissions team to provide administrative support in guiding new families through the enrolment process, ensuring a welcoming and high end service is provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in handling enquiries from prospective families via email, phone and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate and schedule school tours, assessments and interviews.
• Support the admissions process by collecting, reviewing and organizing application documents.
• Help prepare materials for admissions events, open days and school fairs.
• Maintain and update the CRM platform.
• Assist in preparing reports and tracking admissions data.
• Follow up on the application process.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the Admissions team.
Requirements:
• The Admissions Intern should be the embodiment of the school’s core values: Care, Hospitality and Multiculturalism.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor degree.
• Fluent in English.
• Open and transparent in all communications.
• Communicative, enthusiastic and motivated in achieving goals.
• Passion for high quality education and hospitality.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience and academic background in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Proactive, dynamic spirit.
