About The Role
A Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blip is responsible for owning the full recruitment life cycle. You’ll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting and hiring our missing pieces. From gathering the requirements with your stakeholder until the offer stage, your goal will be to provide the best experience possible both to the candidate and your stakeholder.
You’ll be part of a smaller team that will support you and with whom you’ll be working towards a common goal – hiring the best talent there is.
What You'll Be Doing...
* Actively search for and attract potential candidates.
* Create and manage a pipeline of candidates for each role.
* Review applications and resumes.
* Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates' cultural fit.
* Accompany our candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Work in collaboration with our stakeholders to ensure we understand their hiring needs and find the best candidates for their teams.
* Provide the best experience possible for both the candidate and stakeholder.
* Build and maintain a strong relationship with Hiring Managers, Senior Business Leadership, People Partners and other internal teams.
* Promote Blip’s values and culture to keep attracting the right talent.
* Attend Job fairs and recruitment events.
* Collaborate with the team and relevant stakeholders to ensure that recruitment efforts align with the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
