We are seeking a PS CO SAP Expert to collaborate with our business analysts and consultants to enhance the performance of our IT systems, with a focus on supporting our group sites. You will be responsible for specifying, developing, maintaining, and improving SAP solutions that automate and streamline our project system (PS) and controlling (CO) business processes. Additionally, you will monitor the global performance of IT services and take proactive or reactive steps to restore or improve service efficiency in relation to PS and CO modules.
Your Mission
Your mission includes enhancing the performance of our IT systems and supporting group sites through SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining SAP Solutions: Focus on issue resolution for the group sites, particularly within SAP PS and CO modules.
2. Assist external service partners by providing functional expertise on Sidel's business processes and integration complexities.
3. Propose solutions to enhance IT support by automating tasks, simplifying processes, and identifying training opportunities.
4. Communicate changes and provide training to impacted users.
5. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external clients to ensure service delivery meets business needs.
6. Participate in SAP S4/HANA implementation journey by collaborating in the development of the SAP S4/HANA solution for all companies in Sidel Group and proactively harmonizing processes.
7. Operate within a complex, international matrix organization.
Your Profile
Professional Skills and Experience:
1. Fluency in English is required.
2. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design, deployment, and maintenance of SAP solutions, specifically for Project Systems (PS) and Controlling (CO) modules.
4. Experience with SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA implementations.
5. Expertise in SAP PS and CO processes to support finance and business operations.
6. Broad understanding of technology, software development, and IT service management practices.
7. Ability to guide external suppliers and collaborate with cross-functional, remote teams across different countries and cultures.
