Your Mission
* Provide Level 1 and 2 help desk support for IT incidents and requests, including analysis and problem resolution
* Proactively monitor the IT production environment according to KPIs
* Contribute to the creation and updating of Application documentation
* Collect and scrutinize business requirements
* Design IT solutions that align with business processes and architectural recommendations
* Design and conduct functional tests throughout development and prior to launch
* Engage in continuous improvement initiatives as part of the Solution Expert Chapter
* Optimize existing solutions and processes, e.g. by process harmonization, consolidation of applications, interfaces, and other IT Services
* Optimize operations while ensuring that regulatory and security requirements as well as agreed service levels are met
* Provide trainings to our end users
* Be part of our excellent collaboration team, together with our internal and external stakeholders
We Are Looking For Someone With
* Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business or Business information systems, or equivalent education qualification
* Excellent IT Know-How and experience in Financial Services (e.g. Controlling and Financial Reporting, Financial Instruments, Leasing and Factoring Business, Risk Management and Risk Controlling Business) and related processes gathered through relevant work experiences
* 5-7 years professional experience in IT projects especially with global banking/treasury systems, as well as knowledge of SQL; ideally, at least 2 years experience in LoanIQ
* Experience as a member of an international, virtual team and working with external partners
* Experience in operations
